  1. Really good video, Tom! Plum and peach, sounds like a great combination, and looks delicious. I love to make jam but haven’t done so in a couple of years. A few years ago I made about 80 half pints — all different kinds; apricot, blueberry, blackberry, peach, and strawberry – each when the fruit was in season, then apple butter in the fall. My friends loved me a lot that year. I see you’re wearing your v-neck white t-shirt, my favorite outfit too 😉 Thanks for posting your jam recipes, they sound delicious — always fun to change it up.
